10% interest only payments due monthly
Secured by mortgage and mortgage note in first lien position of property
Arnold Realty will refinance property and pay off the lien after 6-12 months (unless otherwise specified)
Tax lien loan - 6-24 months depending on the property
10% interest due in full at sale of property
Secured by tax sale certificate and promissory note until property is foreclosed (Transfer to mortgage and mortgage note after foreclosure)
All liens are secured with 18% interest on all monies spent (tax certificate, legal fees, any other associated costs)
May require further funding after acquisition to get property sale ready
